2026-2027 Student Registration Open July 13th - 24th

Lamar County Schools announces 2026-2027 student registration is open from July 13th-24th.

Dear Parents & Guardians,

It's time to look ahead to another exciting school year! The 2026-2027 student enrollment window is officially open.

Completing the annual registration process is a vital part of our back-to-school preparation. It ensures we have the most accurate and up-to-date medical, emergency, and contact information for your child, and it allows our staff to finalize class schedules, staffing, and transportation routes.

To secure your student’s enrollment and help us prepare for a successful year, please follow the steps outlined below to begin the registration process.

How To Register Your Student:

Active Registration Code Required

All students—both new and returning—will need a unique "Active Code" to complete the registration process this year.

Returning Student Active Codes have been sent via the Parent Square app. Locate your student's code under the Alerts & Notices tab.

For New Student codes, please contact your child's school directly.

Log In To Active Parent

1. Navigate to the Active Parent Portal and log in using your existing account credentials.

Having trouble logging in?

Please DO NOT create a new account. Creating duplicate accounts can cause errors and delays in your child's registration. Instead, simply click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.

2. Enrolling Multiple Students

If you have more than one child returning to the district, you do not need separate accounts. You can conveniently enroll all of your children under your single, existing Active Parent account.

Simply use the unique Active Code assigned to each specific student to link them to your account and complete their individual registration.

3. Complete the Forms

Once logged in, follow the on-screen prompts to review and update all emergency contacts, medical information, proofs of residency, and required district forms.

Be sure to click "Submit" when you have finished all the sections for each child.
